UK Customers:
Delivery policy, we aim to deliver in 4 days. All orders received before 12noon are depatched same day. Orders placed after 12noon will be despatched next day. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by couriers.
International Customers:
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed in your shopping cart during the on-line order process. We can’t take any responsibility for any customs or import taxes incurred in the country of delivery. (see Delivery section on product page for delivery cost)
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges / Cancellation policy:
For your peace-of-mind, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the product unopened, in its original condition within 28 days for a full refund. Note the garment must reach us within 28 days from the date of purchase. The cost of postage will not be included in the refund. Exchanges incur further delivery charges.
